For over 70 years, Lubbock Auto Auction has been the premiere automobile auction for all of West Texas. Lubbock Auto Auction strives to match the price for buyers and sellers who are looking for quality vehicles. With a team ranging from truck drivers who bring cars to the auctions to auctioneers to title clerks and everything in between, Lubbock Auto Auction has an experienced team in place to ensure that the best quality vehicles are sent across the South Plains and further. Lubbock Auto Auction was founded in 1946 by Clyde and Jack McLaughlin, who had years of experience with shipping cars West from the East. Lubbock is referred to as the “Hub City” of the South Plains, which made it the perfect place to host an auto auction. Now, in 2020, after several generations of owners, Lubbock Auto Auction is owned and operated by father and son Ray and Charles Furr, who credit the success of the auction to their commitment to honest and ethical business practices.

Lubbock Auto Auction is a member of the Auction Access Network, which vets and verifies dealers for auto auctions to do business with. To do business with Lubbock Auto Auction, dealers are verified and must remain in good standing with Auction Access after they have completed the application specifically for Lubbock Auto Auction. Once they have been verified, they may attend every auto auction and submit bids to purchase vehicles. As has been convenient and necessary during the COVID-19 pandemic, dealers also have access to bid and purchase online.
